1. Birth certificates of the applicant, spouse and children under 18
2. Marital Status Certificate of the applicant and the spouse (if the applicant is single, we need the official document showing that the applicant is single)
3. Passport (ID page) of the applicant, spouse and children under 18
4. Power of Attorney to be approved by the Public Notary- to be provided only by the applicant and the spouse (N/A for children)
5. Biometric photo (size 50mm x 60mm) in ICAO form with white background, of the applicant, spouse and children under 18 (8 photo per person)
6. Receipt of the bank transfer for the purchase of the real estate approved by the relevant bank (signed and sealed by the bank
7. Copy of the eligibility certificate for citizenship (provided by the Land Registry or provided by the other relevant public authority for the investment options other than buying property)
8. Health insurance (required for residence permit stage)
